Если Вы имели ввиду Past Indefinit simple, то первые две классификации вот такие, относительно третьей ничего сказать не могу поскольку сейчас в разных учебниках она описывается по разному, просто не хочу Вас подводить неправильным ответом.

1.Actions gappened at a definite or stayed time

1.Last year I finished school
2.I read this book a weak ago
3.Yesterday I met my friend in the shop
4.I worked at the factory in 1998

Repeated actions in the past;

1. Every morning I drank coffee
2. I got up washed my hands and went to school
3 Every evening I read book and listened to music last summer
4 My mother told me this story every evening in childhood

2 пункт меня чего-то смущает. , т. к. это она имела выражения would do, and used to,,,?

1) I was in London last year.
She wanted to be a teacher when she was a little girl.
My brother visited his friend in the hospital two days ago.
I went home after classes yesterday.

2) When I was a girl I used to play with dolls.
My mum would cook me breakfast in the morning.
He used to dance at disco every night.
We would go to the country every summer.

3 вариант её ответа не катит. Это уже Present perfect начался.

3) She entered the room, took a book and sat in the armchair.
Tom came home, washed his hands and turned on the radio.
The children swam in the sea, fed seagulls and made sand towns.
I wrote a letter to my friend, put it into the envelope and send it at the postoffice.
