ХР-шный софт на Linux напрямую не пойдет - только через эмулятор Windows.
Вполне достойная замена Delphi и Turbo Pascal в Linux - это Lazarus и Free Pascal. Они являются свободным ПО.
При установке можно сохранить Windows. При загрузке можно будет выбрать ОС.

Можно установить ХР , а затем на другой раздел диска - Linux .

софт не пойдет а уменя лично стоит mandriva и норм все супер в ней даже мозила есть

ХРшный софт не подойдет. Есть аналоги многих вин-программ для линя. Ищи в инете. Попробуй второй системой поставить Убунту, довольно известный дистрибутив и легкий для начинающих. Все сам увидишь
