1. One night a little swallow WAS flying over the city. His friends HAD FLOWN away to Egypt six weeks before, but he STAYED behind.
2. I HAD BEEN READING about an hour when he came.
3. OK.
4. The child IS sleeping there, and he always WAKES up when somebody OPENS the door.
5. Where is your luggage? – I HAVE LEFT it at the station. I'll take it tomorrow when Nick COMES to help me.

Много ошибок! Советую почитать хороший, очень доступный учебник по основам грамматики английского языка: Левенталь "Английский язык. Просто о сложном. " Там, к сожалению, упражнений нет, и это большая ошибка автора: без выполнения упражнений английскую грамматику не освоишь. Поэтому есть смысл поработать также над самоучителем: Дугин "Читать, писать и говорить по-английски". Скачать здесь:
