By train

Via central London

Gatwick Express operates between London Victoria and Gatwick Airport. Victoria can be reached from central London by taxi, bus or Underground (District, Circle and Victoria lines).

Non-stop Gatwick Express trains run every 15 minutes and the journey takes 30 minutes to Gatwick South Terminal. A free transit service to the North Terminal stops upstairs from the rail platforms. For more information visit the Gatwick Express website.

To get to central London from Heathrow there are three rail options:

* Heathrow Express: Trains run non-stop every 15 minutes between London Paddington and Heathrow. Journey time is 15 minutes from Terminals 1, 2 or 3, or 21 minutes from Terminal 5.
* Heathrow Connect: Half-hourly stopping services run between Paddington and Heathrow. The journey takes 26 minutes from Terminals 1, 2 and 3, a few minutes more from Terminal 4.
* London Underground: Piccadilly Line trains run between Heathrow and central London. The journey takes less than an hour.

Via Feltham

You can travel by rail to Gatwick from Feltham by changing at Clapham Junction. The 285 bus operates between Heathrow central bus station and Feltham.
