не могу открыть pdf файл

Question

при открытии файлов с японскими иероглифами выдает:
Отсутствуют компоненты, необходимые для завершения этой операции, но, возможно, они есть на веб-узле Adobe.

при переходе по ссылке пишет:

При установке Акробат-Ридера внимательно читайте, что он предлагает, и ставьте птичку на установку иероглифического письма.
