Удивительно, но в чешском год (количественное числительное) указывается в именительном падеже:
v roce jeden tisíc devět set třicet dva
или
v roce devatenáct set třicet dva

The day is given in the Genitive, the month and year in the Nominative.
If we use a month’s name instead of a number, then both the day and month are given in the Genitive. Only the year is given in the Nominative:
Je (bude, bylo) desátého února 2003 (dva tisíce tři). Bylo 17. (sedmnáctého) listopadu 1989 (devatenáct set osmdesát devět).
Den nezávislosti se slaví čtrnáctého července (14. července) Závěrečný test budeme psát dvacátého osmého dubna (28. dubna). Narodil jsem se čtvrtého listopadu (4. listopadu).
