Also, economics includes( has to do with) a lot of simple decisions that we maKe in everyday life, as well as global problems of unemployment, inflation, etc .
The three basic questions are: 1. What is to be produced. 2. How the goods are to be produced 3. For whom the goods are produced.
Economics affect(s) a lot of things in our life and helps us to make THE right decision.
Economics has two main branchES.
THE first one is microeconomics.
Microeconomics relates to people's everyday life.
Also microeconomics looks AT how companies run their private businesses.
Then there is macroeconomics.
Macroeconomics looks at the economIES of all countrIES and the world as a whole .
It helps solve a lot of problems for all around the world.
This doesn't mean that macroeconomics is more important.
Microeconomics and macroeconomics studY different spheres of economics, but they are closely related.
Microeconomics can't exist without macroeconomics and VICE VERSA.
