Some people WONDERED whether we would have to live in space when we destroyED our planet.
I explained TO them that the answer LAY in technology because scietists INTENDED to develop formS of energy that WOULD not DAMAGE the environment.
The problem caused as a result of technology WOULD be solved by technology.
I am lookING forward to our next discussion.

Today we have discussed our future in class. Some people were wondering whether we would live in space when our planet would be destroyed. I explained them that everything depended on technology that nowdays scientists tried to develop some forms of energy which would not allow to destroy out environment. In spite of the fact that some technologies are destoyed out planet in some cases they are able to save it. (Я не совсем поняла, что ты имела в виду в этом предложении) .
