Я работаю в компании, которая занимается реализацией услуг операторов мобильной связи. Данная область деятельности хорошо развита в нашей стране. Я живу в крупном городе и подобных компаний у нас великое множество. Мы отправляем деньги на счёт клиента, реализуем тарифы мобильных операторов, продаем телефоны и аксессуары к ним. С денег, поступающих на счет клиента взимаются проценты. У нас берут 5 %, но есть компании, которые берут до 10%, а есть и которые проценты вообще не взимают. Клиентов не устраивают проценты и часто приходится разрешать конфликтные ситуации. Что касается тарифов, то сейчас на нашем рынке зарекомендовали себя три оператора: МТС, Билайн, Мегафон. Тарифы зависят от количества минут, которые выговаривает человек, от оператора того человека, которому он звонит, от местонахождения клиента. Тарифов много и клиенты часто просят подобрать наиболее подходящий для них, который мог бы сэкономить их деньги. Немного скажу о телефонах. Телефонов много, разные марки, разные ценовые категории. Когда советуешь телефон, то исходишь из того, каковы требования клиента, для кого приобретают данный телефон: недорогой — с малым количеством функций или дорогой — со всевозможными модными функциями, фотоаппаратом, видеокамерой, выходом в интернет. Так же необходимо учитывать дизайн и цвет телефона. Каждый месяц добавляются новые модели, с более совершенными функциями. Мы стараемся работать так, что бы человек остался доволен и ушел от нас в наилучшем настроении, а вещь или тариф, приобретенные у нас, служили бы ему долго.
