Company 1 and Company 2 have agreed upon the following:

The Parties understand that the following procedure for payment for any delivered products is in their interests:

- a discount of 20 euros per ton shall be given to Company 2 provided that the sales of products of Company 1 are over 200 tons per year and that Company 2 assitsts in such sales;

- a discount of over 40 euros per ton shall be given to Company 2 provided that the sales of products of Company 1 are over 400 tons per year.

The both parties hereto are interested in implementation of the retro bonus system (именно так называется то, что вы описали) as stated below.
- Company 2 gets a discount of 20 euro per ton on condition that Company 2 buys from Company 1 or assists Company 1 in sales of (очень интересно как потом будет измеряться это "содействие", лучше бы его вообще убрать или объяснить подробнее) 200 tons of the product per year
- Company 2 gets a discount of over 40 euro per ton ("более" очень двусмысленно звучит, так как не установлена верхняя граница) on condition that Company 2 buys from Company 1 (здесь про "содействие" ни слова, однако) over 400 tons of the product per year

The parties recognise that to interests of everyone them them there corresponds realisation of a following procedure of payments for put production:
- Under condition of sale from above 200 t/year of production of the company 1 on the address of the company 2 and sale with assistance of the company 2, the company 2 receives the discount 20Evro/t
