2. When Mary IS ready, we'll be able to go to the station.
3. I don't know whether (или if) Helen will be here, when you phone tomorrow morning. (В 1й части предложения после if используется будущее время, так как это не условие, а косвенная речь) .
4. Will you BE PASSING the post-office? Please, buy an envelope.
