I think that if a person likes foreign language and wants very much to learn it she or he will succeed.
It’s very important nowadays because if you know or can speak foreign languages you can travel to foreign countries without problems. Also if you know a foreign language you can find a better and more interesting job. And you will become a more interesting person. There are a lot of films in foreign languages. If you know them you can understand films without any help. Now we buy a lot of clothes from other countries. If you know English, you can read something about the size and what it is made of this thing.
In short I understand that I have to learn English in a proper way and I try to do it.
