Я уже отвечал на этот вопрос, но он повторялся раз 10 уже наверное.

У Елены неправильный ответ в 12 предложении. Там положено либо Past Simple, либо Past Perfect. Но не Present Perfect.

_ Did you lock / Had you locked _ the door before you went out.

Согласна с Евгением. В 12 благодаря слову left нужно ставить или Past Simple или Past Perfect. Если с Present Perfect тогда нужно сказать Have you locked the door? Без всяких left. Если необходимо подчеркнуть одновременность действия тогда Did you lock the door when you left the house? Если сделать акцент на том что дверь была закрыта раньше чем он вышел, тогда Had you locked the door before you left the house?
В 1 в я бы поставила How long have you been living here? Present Perfect Continuous просится, хотя Present Perfect тоже сойдет
