Task 1: You have recently moved to a new house. There has been damage after you have moved into the house. Write a letter to your landlord explaining what has happened and ask him what you can do.
Dear Mr.Brown,
My name is Bred Pitt and I am one of your tenant who rent a three- room apartment in high-rise block of flats in Belove street. As you may remember, recently, we have signed a contract for my renting your flat for two years. According to the contract the flat should be in perfect condition and if any breakage arises it should be covered at your expense.
Unfortunately, when i moved i discovered that two facets in the kitchen are leaking and one of the socket is out of order. I have already invited a plumber and an electrician to repair the facets and the socket. From the appliance I bought identical facets but there was the same socket that's why I had bought it in blue color. I would like the expenses connected with it to be taken out from the rent fee.
