2) He asked me if the meeting should be (или was) postponed or not. (По-моему, здесь не должно быть have ни в каком виде. С ним получится "должна быть отложена", а не просто "отложена". И вообще непонятно, о какой встрече идет речь: которая еще только планируется и переносится с ближайшего будущего на более далекое будущее, или которая уже должна была состояться к настоящему времени, но была перенесена на будущее; или уже состоялась, но с опозданием? Наверное, если спрашивают - то о будущей встрече, все-таки...) )
