Different characteristics and peculiarities are typical for leaders. First of all, such a person should be responsible, hard-working, attentive, and sincere. Secondly, it is essential for leaders to be able to co-operate, conmunicate and have abilities of organizing both the business and other things. Finally, a true leader is to have respect for all his employed and working people; he/she should try to achieve success by any legal means for the sake of the plan or some program and be ready to face and cope with difficulties. All in all, a leader is a person who carries something or someone to progress. A leader should lead forward towards the best.

i think a leader is a person who can unites different people for one idea. leader should be responsible and creative. One of the Leader's idea is an ability to give something that people want. People must respect its leader thats why he should find a common language with every person
