I love talking and writing about my restaurant experiences so have decided to start a new thread so that I can do this!
I will start with my favourite ever restaurant - La Luna Bistro.

I've been to this place several times over the past 5 years and it absolutely never fails to impress. I have been on several occasions for lunch and dinner. The restaurant also opens for weekend brunch but this is something I've yet to try. As the prices are a little out of my regular restaurant budget I don't visit as often as I'd like to, but when I do the satisfaction and warm glow I receive after my meal lasts for weeks, if not months!

It starts as soon as you open the door - the staff are the friendliest I've dealt with in any restaurant. I feel welcome, that my custom is appreciated.

When you go to La Luna you can see that everyone - both the staff and the customers are excited and passionate about the food. Several dishes I have tried at this restaurant include their pasta with calamari, a half roasted duck with cherry sauce, and the most amazing steak I've ever eaten. You can tell the freshest and best quality ingredients have been used every time. Portion size is generous, which is also a plus.

And if you can fit it in, the mezze dessert platter is a fabulous ending to a meal, when it's put in front of you you're spoiled for choice - you'd probably get a mousse, a sorbet, ice cream, creme brulee and some sort of cake, among other treats! It's absolutely wicked

Writing all this down I can't wait to have an excuse to go back!
