3 Bob is so glad they have moved into a new house. It is close to his school, and he has a room of his own at last. The house overlooks the playground where he can play with his friends. Besides, the house is good-sized and has all modern conveniences.

4 Claire dislikes her present home in a poor district, which she calls the ghetto. The house leaves much to be desired: the pipes are leaking, all the doors are creaking, the cheap linoleum on the floor is torn. The old house is badly in need of decorating. Claire dreams to win the lottery and to buy a tropical island.

5 Richie is pleased with his parents' flat, which is situated in a quiet and peaceful location. It doesn't take much time to get to his office, and the flat is spacious and well-planned, and it doesn't cost him a single penny, so Richie prefers to stay with his parents instead of leaving and starting his own family.

6 Maggy wouldn't mind moving into the country and living on a farm. Her house would be surrounded by fields and meadows, there should be a river or a stream nearby. Maggy wouldn't mind if the house is old. In her imagination she can see a wooden two-storey building with lots of land around. The house must have big windows and catch lots of sunshine. In winter evenings, it would be so pleasant to sit in front of an open fire and toast marshmallows.
