On-line shops should also protect customers against CREDIT CARD FRAUD (мошенничество с кредитными картами) and should allow customers to OPT OUT OF (отказаться от) receiving further information and UNSOLICITED TELEMARKETING (навязчивый маркетинг), UNSOLICITED MAIL (нежелательная почта) or unsolicited email. They should also send the customer WRITTEN CONFIRMATION (письменное подтверждение) of their order (often in the form of an email sent after the order has been placed).
