What do I need to use ticketdirect?
Any inkjet or laser printer, colour, or black and white, with a resolution of 300dpi or greater may be used to print your tickets. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 6.0.1 or higher to open your ticket, which you can download free at www.adobe.com. Please print on plain A4 paper at the highest quality available on your printer. You should ensure that there is enough ink in your printer and that your print heads are clean before printing. Please do not rescale your ticket. Printing should be done at 100%.

Is my ticketdirect ticket a 'real' ticket?
Yes. ticketdirect tickets will be accepted by the venue as a genuine, original ticket.

What happens if I print more than one copy of my ticket or allow it to be copied by someone else?
You should treat your ticketdirect ticket like any other ticket and keep it safe. Only the first copy of any ticket presented at the venue will permit access. Customers with subsequent copies will be turned away.
