Можно ли получить вид на жительство в Финляндии, если родители россияне,а ребёнок родился в Финляндии
Насколько я знаю, если бы один из родителей имел финское гражданство, то ребенок мог бы получить граждантво. а так не думаю, что есть какие-то способы получить даже вид на жительство только на основании того, что ребенок был рожден в финляндии

You have lived in Finland for a sufficient period of time,
You have a language certificate for sufficient skills in Finnish or Swedish,
You meet the other requirements for naturalisation.

The Finnish Immigration Service will not send a confirmation of receipt of application.
In order to investigate whether or not you meet the requirements for naturalisation, the Finnish Immigration Service may request information or statements from various authorities, such as
Local police (offences, restraining orders),
Enforcement authorities (due liabilities on grounds of maintenance obligation and payment obligation under public law)
Tax authorities (tax information, tax liabilities)
Social Insurance Institution (benefits received) " Social welfare authorities (benefits received)
National Bureau of Investigation and Security Police (state security or public order)

А ребёнок там каким образом родился? В смысле, как оплатили роды, не имея ПМЖ и соответствующих страховок?

Ну и что, что ребенок родился в Финляндии? Ребенку может быть и поставят резиденцию или гражданство. А вот родителям.. . Я знаю точно, что если иметь какую-ту недвижимость у вас там в Финляндии, то вам по любому либо визу либо резиденцию поставят, так как они вам отказать не могут, потому что у вас есть собственность.
