да ничего она не означает, это антивирус удалил подмену адреса, а мусор остался

допизды...

Удаляй . Если что-то работать не будет поставишь обратно .

Можно оставить:
127.0.0.1 localhost
::1 localhost

Я бы не стал удалять, это как то связано с IPv6

удаляй

::1 (ipv6) = 127.0.0.1 (ipv4)
Удалять не советую! :)

скачай новый файл хостс, замени и не парься.
