Подскажите файл hosts нормальный???

Для Вин 7 да, Для ХР нет.
Для вин 7 он вообще пустым может быть, а для ХР можете оставить лишь это 127.0.0.1 localhost
а всё то, что с решётками # можно удалить.

Чистый, как у всех.

Абсолютно нормальный.

А он у тебя пустой! Много понаписано, но ничего не работает!
В предпоследней строке хоть решётку удали.. .
