It is dangerous to use them because they look broken. there is a boy in the foreground. He is painting grafiti on the hence with a spray can. There are a lot of other graffiti? This vandalism is awful.
This classroom is dirty. Desks are filthy. The atmosphere in this class is depressing. There is no heating in tis classroom. Children are numb and the have to wrap themselves up in overcoats. Walls are in bad condition and the need to be painted. This problemes prevent pupils from learning. It's hard to concentrate in such a class.
