Написал небольшое сочинение, проверте, знатоки, на ошибки) 
 
The one of difficult moments of your life - it's choosing of job. You have many ways and you don't know which of they better for you. I think you need to listen your hart to do a right choice. Hm, what about me? 
I wanted to be an architect, or a teacher, or an engineer in childhood. But now i wanna be a doctor. It's my way, i'm feeling it . I wanna help all people, find the cure-all, build free hospital on my money for all. In my eyes, if I have sense in my life, it's it. I know that a doctor profession is very responsible. You need to remember, you have in your hands life of another human. Can you imagine how it serious? So you need to study a lot to be a doctor. Wish me luck, maybe someday, I'll save your life. He who has health has hope, and he who has hope, has everything.

Замысел богатый, но ошибочек многовато. Порядок слов, времена, артикли, предлоги, выбор лексики.. .надо не переводить с русского, а строить предложение по английской модели. И запятых поменьше) 
Choosing a job is one of the most difficult moments in life. A lot of ways(choices) lay open before you and you don't know which is (the) best for you. I think you need to listen TO your heart to make THE right choice. Hm, what about me? 
As a child, I wanted to be an architect, or a teacher, or an engineer. But now I want to be a doctor. I feel that this is something for me. I want to help all people(everyone?), find the cure-all, build A free hospital (with my money) for all. To my mind, if I there is a meaning in my life, this is it. I know that the medical profession is very responsible. You need to remember (to always keep in mind) that life of another human is in you hands. Can you imagine how serious IT IS (косвенный вопрос) ? So I need to study a lot to be(come) a doctor. Wish me luck. Maybe someday I'll save your life. Заметила несколько ошибочек (написала заглавными буквами) . Английское "я", т. е. "I", всегда пишется заглавным.
