нет такого разрешения 1024 x 2048 вот и не запускается, смени его через конфиг

правой мышкой щелкни по иконке, потом в свойства, дальше точно не помню как настраивал, в совместимости посмотри

Вы что ему посоветовали, сами невнимательны. это не разрешение экрана а разрешение текстурки
