Ladies and gentlemen,

let me say something about the housing problem.
Everyone knows that this problem is very difficult to be solved.
Many families still live in small flats or even in rooms.
Especially, the young people suffer because of housing shortage.
During the last years a lot of houses have been built by
both the state and commercial organizations, but the
necessity for building of new houses remains sharp.
Recently, the Federal Government announced a new
housing program. For this purpose a big sum of money
will be given.
