Помогите перевести английские предложения из прямой речи в косвенную

1. Tom`s mother told him to go to bed.
2. Nellie told to Pete (that) she had never seen his toys.
3. The teacher told to Nick to give him his record-book.
4. Ann told to Lena /invited Lena/ to look at her nice kitten.
5. Our grandmother said (that) we should go to the zoo the next day.
6. Mother told to Pete /asked Pete/ not to forget to wash his hands.
7. Nick told to his mother (that) he was (is) doing his homework.
8. Mike told to the teacher (that) he had learnt a long poem.
9. The man asked the boys not to play in the street.
10. My mother asked me why I didn`t drink (hadn`t drunk, hadn`t had) my tea.
11. My friend asked me when I had received this letter.
12. Johnny told to his mother (that) he had seen /met/ his friend at the stadium the previous day.
13. The boys asked Peter if /whether/ he would play football with them.

У первого отвечающего ошибки:
1.не надо ставить to после told
2.в предложении 10 правильная глагольная форма перед скобками только - в скобках неверно

вообще то to можно ставить можно не ставить

слова автора ставятся на первое место всегда

Алё есть правило типа если предложение начинается с глагола, то косвенную речь нужно начинать с to!
