I took my friends out for a birthday PARTY to your restaurant on THE 4th OF January and had an awful meal.Waiters were very slow and we had TO wait FOR A meal FOR ABOUT AN HOUR, pasta WAS too spicy and pizza was cold.When I got the bill, I was surprised how much THE meal costED.
I expect you to a apologIZE for our SPOILED evening.I hope you will improve THE service and reduce the prices OTHERWISE you CAN lose customers.

I took my friends out for my birthday party to your restaurant on Monday 4th January and had an awful meal. The waiters were very slow and we had wait the ordered meal for an hour. The ordered pasta appeared to be too spicy and the ordered pizza was cold. When I got the bill, I was greatly astonished at the prices in it.
I expect you to apologize for the spolied evening. I hope you will improve the service and reduce the prices or else you will lose customers.

P.S. Я тут, как могла (на мой взгляд) подкорректировала. Но мне кажется, Вам следует чуть-чуть доработать по смыслу. Например, что касается Вашего удивления ценами. А была ли у Вас возможность ознакомится с ценами до заказа? Было ли меню или цены на стене? Обычно сейчас это не секрет. Уточните, а то Вас же и будут "чмурить". И, мне кажется, не стоит им говорить о снижении цен и потере клиентов. Типа "не нравится - не ходи". В принципе, это как-бы не наше дело. "Давите" на что-нибудь другое, реальное и объективное. Удачи!!!!

THE (лучше) waiters were very slow and we had TO wait FOR hourS (or: to wait an hour) FOR OUR meal. The pasta WAS too spicy and THE pizza was cold. When I got the bill, I was surprised (or: shocked) how much THE meal cost.(!) (лучше: how much the bill was).
I expect you to a apologIZE for spoiling our evening.I hope you will improve YOUR serviceS and reduce YOUR prices or else you will loОse (a lot of) customers.
