After the kissing on the party, Hannah and Richard told to each other how they felt and decided to not keep it in secret from their friends. They came out to the room and said to guests that they are seeing each other. Hannah`s mother heard it too. She said nothing but it wasn`t hard to guess, that she didn`t like her choice.
Hannah and Richard felt fine together and when they became full age, they started to think about the wedding. In a time, when Hannah and Richard had been preparing to celebrating, mother had been hardly trying to look happy, but she still thought the Richard to be not decent man.
The wedding of young people was the great event. All friend, which were in that party, all relatives and many others people were invited on it.
At that time Hannah had already finished the learning and worked, but Richard had been still studied in Air force school. Richard and Hanna were happy and didn`t know that they would broke up so soon. The end of 60-th years had been coming. The Vietnam war had already started. After the graduation of school, Richard was send to this country. He was fine-prepared pilot and he started to fly on strategic bomber B-52.
Operation, which he took part in called “Linebacker II”. The date of it coincided with the Christmas and New Year. The task was to fly to the Hanoi city and destroy some important transport objects. Before flight Richard felt, that the turning point in his fate is nearly. The last letter, which Hannah got from him, was written in this day. In the same day, while the flight above the province Thanh Hoa Richard was hit by anti-aircraft weapon. The shell hit to the tale part of the plain. Richard noticed it and quickly pushed the button of ejection, because the detonation of ammo could be at a moment. Because of strong air smash Richard has unconscioused and didn’t see his plane to explode in the air.
After time Richard came and got that he was in the forest. He looked above and saw his parachute on the branches. Two man with AK-47`s, which he early saw only in films and beautiful girl in uniform. Richard got that he fall down near the camp of Soviet Anti-Aircraft forces, which were the allies of the North Vietnam. Richard was threat by Russians and at that time he fall in love in this nurse so strong, that he agreed to go with her to USSR, because Tatyana couldn`t go to America. Richard celebrated the New Year with the Russian soldiers. After some mouths, they went to Soviet Union together and got married. Richard sent many letters to Hannah with the requests to sorry him, but not one could to overcome the Iron Curtain. He could to make Hannah know about his wedding only by the diplomat, which was going to go to USA.
This new was shocked Hanna, but she tried to understood her husband, because the love don`t know the prohibitions. All this time Thomas was nearly to her as a friend ant cheer upped Hannah. After the year, Hannah took the agreement to be a Tom`s wife, but she told, that she would never could to love somebody as strong, as Richard.
Hannah`s mother hadn`t already been glad for it….
