I believe that plastic surgery is a very useful and necessary thing. It has many positive aspects. People who had a traffic accident (and assume that you are spoiling for a pile face with plastic surgery and may continue to manage it well as before. - так не понятно. можно: and now suffer from the consequences of a deformed face, might, after a pastic surgery, continue their life as before). Also children born with various defects would suffer much, if those defects are not corrected.
The trouble today is that celebrities and rich people (take advantage: лучше) make use of this service and have so many unnecessary operations. It is an ordinary operation that has its risks(не точно понял, что Вы хотели сказать) . But famous people think, they appear younger, have more ass (MORE ASS??) and chest, puffed out lips, liposuction and a reshaped nose. (Thus giving лучше) Giving a bad example to the youth. (Why kids today and they say, you - так нельзя, можно: Kids today are talking about gettng larger breasts like Pamela Anderson or swollen lips ...
In conclusion, plastic surgery is often not an operation, that makes the lifes of people with a physical defect easier, but only serves celebrities, to try and look younger and better. And singers, who otherwise might have retired long ago, think they can remain on stage, until they die.

But famous people only think about there self: to be younger, to have a small sweet ass and big chest or puffed out lips. They are thinking about liposuction and nose changing. It is a bad example for young people. So kids say today that they want have larger breasts like Pamela Anderson or puffed out lips.
In conclusion, the plastic surgery will not complicate the live of people with a physical defect and that of stars.

Лично я не полностью против или полностью в пользу пластической хирургии. По многим причинам. Я соглашаюсь, что есть некоторая пластическая хирургия, должен был провести нормальную жизнь, но я против того, что делают знаменитости и как они изменяют лицо, тело.. .
Я полагаю, что пластическая хирургия - очень полезная и необходимая вещь. У этого есть много положительных аспектов. Люди, которые перенесли дорожное происшествие и предполагают, что Вы портите для лица груды с пластической хирургией и можете продолжить управлять ею хорошо как прежде. Но если бы было, то вероятно больше никогда не мог бы жениться. Также дети, терпевшие, различные дефекты пострадали бы очень, если они не делают определенных хирургий.
Проблема сегодня состоит в том, что знаменитости и богатые люди используют в своих интересах это обслуживание и делают очень много ненужных операций. Это - столь обычная операция, у которой есть риски. Но известные люди думают, только кажутся моложе, имеют больше задницы, и грудь сдула губам, липосакции и изменять нос. Предоставление плохого примера молодежи. Почему дети сегодня и они говорят, Вы собираетесь получить большие груди как Памела Андерсон или раздутые губы.. .
В заключение хирургия не пластмасса, которая усложнила бы жизни людей с физическим дефектом и той из знаменитостей, поскольку всегда выбирают человека, который выглядит лучше. И пожилые певцы, которые думают, что они останутся на стадии, пока они не умрут, так долго "не пели бы".
