Nowadays it’s very important to eat healthy food and to stay fit. How is the era of fast food and people are becoming fatter and fatter. I can’t bost of an ideal diet I eat fast-food rather often. The main ingredients of my diet are sugar, carbohydrate, vitamins and minerals. Which are consisted mostly in cakes, chocolates, fruit, grains and seafood. It’s well-known that much sugar in the diet can make the person fat, but that’s not about me. Doing a lot of sport helps me to stay fit. I adore eating seafood like fish, mussels and shrimps; they give u energy and build our body. Fruit contain much vitamins and carbohydrates, eating apples, peas, bananas and other fruit is very important because they give us energy and help not to be stressed. I hate eating meat and it’s not good because meat gives us protein and can make us strong. I usually eat a pair of toasts with jam or porridge with berries. I prefer drinking black tea or juice. For lunch I usually have boiled grains or boiled vegetables with some fish. As a proverb say “give dinner to the enemy” I usually have a very light meal in the evening. It can be a salad with a glass of orange juice. My favorite dish is fruit salad. it’s a mix of chopped fruit and berries. It usually contains of strawberry, raspberry, cherries, apples and sometimes plum and pineapple. Sweet squash or fruit juice can act as salad dressing. Normally people eat this dish in summer, bur I can eat it all year round. Food I eat often looks as I’m a veggie, but I’m not. I sometimes eat pizza, chips and crisps. As the scienties say, thre is nothing wrong with having a can o coke every now and then.
