Несколько общих замечаний: "Hello!", сокращенные формы вспомогательных глаголов - для неформальных писем. Ну, и есть лексические и орфографические ошибки. Упоминание родителей звучит некорректно, потому что они не обязаны оплачивать Ваше обучение.
Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is _____ .I live in Kharkov, the Ukraine. Next year I am finishing school and I would like to study at ____ university. I enjpy physics, chemistry, maths. On my channel on youtube you can see a lot of interesting experiments I have made with meteorological balloon, high voltage, some experiments in bionics etc.
However, I cannot afford studying at ___ because I do not have enough money. Could you tell me about financial aid for foreign students?
