Ирина, в последнем предложении вместе с have или had всегда употребляется глагол 3-й формы. В данном случае не was a been

русский сначала выучи, потом за иностранные языки берись

He remembered about John. John has been his friend within 20 years
Betsy had had a dinner and turned on TV.
After guests had left, she went to the bed.
She siad that she had not seen him for (the last) 2 weeks.
He is very tired. He has been working since this morning.
Bebore they have moved in Tomsk, they had been living in Krasnoyarsk for 10 years
As soon as he had sent a letter he has received a fax
Alex and Olga’s parents were happy that their children had arrived safely.(Here it could be: The parents of Alex and Olga were happy that their children have arrived safely. It depends on the context . What tense the author wants to use.)
He called me yesterday when I was taking a shower.
Robin hoped that Carolin has already was there (or wathever verb you wanted there)
