Помогите перевести текст на английский. БЕЗ ПЕРЕВОДЧИКА ГУГЛ А ПРАВИЛЬНО! Как написать правильно???

If a person is offended, miscalled or not cared about, he can use the services of people who can provide security for him.
It's an important right. Because if people violate this right, they violate the right to life as well. Now there are many organizations which promote respect for the human rights by which they consolidate the human security and create conditions where a person will be free of fear.

If a person is being treated badly, called names and not taken care of, he/she has a right to take assistance of people who would be helpfull providing safety.
This is a very important right because if people violate it, that they deprive others the right to live.
Nowadays, there are many organizations, asserting respect for human rights and thus, strengthening human safety and providing for an environment, where a person can be free of fear.

If human is been hurted, insulted by someone or if other people don't give any care of him, then it may use the service of people, who will help it(*) by giving the safety.
This right is very important. Because if people are troubling this right, that they are troubling the right for life, in this case.
Now we have many organizations, existing around the world, which are providing the respect to the human rights and, that way, they do human safety stronger and make environmental conditions, where human should have the freedom from its fears
