как правильно на английском перечислять, что я делал в течение дня?

Perfect НЕ нужен.

Today I read, listened to music, played piano, went for a walk, do shopping...

В Past Simple.
I got up early, had breaskfast and drove to my office...
Последовательность действий в прошлом.
Просто поставьте свои глаголы в Past Simple - read a book, listened to music...это не должно затруднить)

сначала Месяц потом День) потом PM and AM)

Если нет согласования времен и косвенной речи, то прошедшее простое. Перфект не нужен, т. к. Вы не подчеркиваете, что Ваши действия имели какой-то результат в дальнейшем. Вы просто перечисляете.

1)I got up at 7:30, got dressed, and put on my school uniform then I ate my Breakfast - tea and a sandwich.
2)Then I brushed my teeth, washed, and combed.After that, I went to school.
3) I came to school at 8.30.I had 6 lessons - MHC, society,English,history,geometry and computer science.
4)Studying I came back from school at 2pm and went to the section where we were engaged in physical exercises. Fortunately, I missed the section because support a good lifestyle.
5)And then came home at 3pm. I looked at the TV for hours and did his homework.After I did my homework, I sat down to play computer games. I played my favorite "online shooters".after playing I went to bed at around 11 hours, but I couldn't sleep for hours because I was worried about tomorrow and how I will hold it.
