Всё-таки раз уж письмо официальное и явно в ответ на рекламацию, то надо бы подписаться официально - кто, что, а не вообще администрацией. И обязательно дополнить Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
поскольку текст сугубо юридический (пусть это даже и деловая переписка), позволю себе вставить свои 5 копеек
такого рода тексты подразумевают определенные клише и штампы, в том числе и на уровне синтаксических структур
в дополнение к тому, что уже отметили Funnypepper и Лена:

Our hotel holds no responsibility for weather conditions = The Hotel shall not be held liable for any weather conditions in any case

Rain is quite frequent any time of the year = In particular, rainy weather...

Your travel agent should have told you that = Your travel agent holds full responsibility for having informed you that... or having failed to do so.

тогда Dear Mr and Mrs Harrison (как вариант, Dear Peter and Anny, хотя это уже нехорошо, т. к. переписка касается complaints, судя по всему, поэтому должно быть максимум официоза; в любом случае, что, как это сделано у вас, это вообще даже не моветон, а просто безграмотно)
