I am a citizen of Ukraine. I am planning to study in your college on the program ___ (code of program). I would like to clarify the details.

What is duration of program, 2 years? (What the program limitations and number of courses).
What the cost of the program per year for a foreign student? Is it $10 000?
When the study starts, on the 1st September?

When I should submit my application? When is the dead-line?
Can I submit the application 3 months before the program starts (on June, July and August) or I should to do it 6 months before of these?
Can I begin to study from the 4th semester if I will pass the exams for defined subjects?
