В чём разница между словами aim, goal, purpose и target? Tell me please

1. PURPOSE – служит для обозначения ФУНКЦИИ, ПРЕДНАЗНАЧЕНИЯ какого-либо предмета, сооружения и т. п. либо намерения, с которым осуществляются какие-либо действия. Иными словами, «purpose» - ПРИЧИНА, по которой что-либо существует или по которой человек что-то делает / совершает.
2. AIM – ЦЕЛЬ, т. е. некий ЗАМЫСЕЛ, для реализации которого человеку необходимо совершить конкретные действия и приложить усилия.
3. GOAL – отдельная ЗАДАЧА, которую нужно выполнить, чтобы приблизиться к цели.
4. OBJECTIVE – как и «goal», служит для обозначения конкретной ЗАДАЧИ.
5. TARGET – конкретный РЕЗУЛЬТАТ (зачастую выраженный в цифрах), к которому стремится человек.

TARGET – a result that you try to achieve – цель, мишень; задание, контрольная цифра.
Business goals and targets.
Attainment targets.
Set yourself targets that you can reasonably hope to achieve.

AIM - when you point at something by your finger.
GOAL - is what you want to reach in your life.
PURPOSE - is what you spend your time and money for.
TARGET - is when a big store does to get their buyers to come in and buy something.
