After the opening and justification of method of spectral analysis by the Kirchgoff, knowledge has been obtained by astronomers about the objects around us. The method of obtaining the reflect spectra of celestial bodies formed by the scattering of light with their surfaces, was developed in the early 70-ies of the XX century. The spectral-frequency method has been created in 30 years; it’s based on frequency analysis spectra dispersed by the celestial bodies. Size of the surface formations estimated with SFM. Application SCHM in studies of two asteroids magmatic types has allowed to obtain the fundamentally new information: on the it’s surface detected spots hydrated or oxidized substance. Spots are relatively small. Supposition has made that spots resulted from the collision of asteroids with primitive bodies came from the zone of Jupiter.
