HTML валидатор (где ошибка)?

Ошибка в твоем HTML коде. 
Где именно? А я откуда знаю - ты же его не выложил. 
В чем она заключается - написано крайне подробно, с указанием, как исправить.

Вы иметь использовать атрибут названный выше в ваш документ, но документ тип вы есть использовать не поддерживать такой атрибут для этот элемент. 
Что не понятно-то? =)
