Unfortunately, people do not can cycle to school or to the city Centre safely. I think that creating cycle lanes is good solution for a lot of people. 
Firstly, thanks to the creating cycle lanes, we can to reduce road accidents. Furthermore, if most of the people, pollution will shorten. Consequently, health will improve. 
But on the other hand, creating cycle lanes has certain cons. We need to spend a lot of money for their creation. Also a cycle lanes cans promote to traffic jams an account deficit places for cars. 
 All things considered, despite to some disadvantages, a creating cycle lanes cans, however, have many pros.

Unfortunately, people cannot safely cycle to school or to the city centre. I think that creating cycling lanes would provide considerable benefit to a lot of people. 
First, thanks to the creation of cycling lanes, we could reduce the number of road accidents. Furthermore, if most people used bicycles, there would be less pollution. Consequently, population health would improve. 
But on the other hand, creating cycling lanes has certain cons. We'll have to spend a lot of money on their creation. Also the creation of cycling lanes might cause traffic jams and deficit of parking space for cars. 
All things considered, despite some disadvantages, creation of cycling lanes can still have many pros.
