I would like to specify some details concerning my order (Order Number: 765676520). 13 November I booked the tickets from Shanghai to Manila through Hong Kong Dragonair+ Cathay Pacific via you web-site www.ctrip.com. Although the operation was successful the money (750$) were not withdrawn. Could you please inform me about possible reason.
