В первом варианте неверный порядок слов, нужен ОБРАТНЫЙ, так как это вопрос, а у Вас прямой. Во втором варианте нет is, который должен стоять перед подлежащим.
Дважды находим в преводе admit ion, хотя должно быть admission. An education - здесь неопределённый артикль неуместен. full college degree не подходит, так как речь о нашей системе образования, а не зарубежной. feel an application form вместо fill in an application form (feel = "чувствовать", а fill in = "заполнять") И не только.

facilities возможности, средства, условия, оборудование
В сочетании с training и research получаем как раз "учебно-материальная база"

Немного перефразировала, дословно "Учебная программа включает в себя общеобразовательные предметы первые 2-3 года". Смысл тот же, но по-английски это звучит лучше.

Глагол to be (are) здесь употреблён в качестве модального и переводится как "должен".

Существует переводчик. Вы просто набираете в яндексе ПРОМ переводчик и можете хоть что переводить - хоть с русского на английский, хоть с английского на русский, хоть с русского на французкий, вообщем там можно переводить с, и на много языков!!!!
