это вы через переводчик перевели? ужас!! ! speech of athletes - речь спортсменов! спич это выступление, но в смысле что кто то произносит речь!! !

а первый вариант это как будто вам руки связали и лишили возможности уплатить... she had been deprived the opportunity to see him здесь слово deprived или denied подходят (ей запретили, например) , а в случае уплаты по счетам всё же нет, не подходит

Если совсем коротко, то перевод неправильный. Не надейтесь на электронные переводчики, делайте сами. Ошибок меньше будет.

правильность перевода проверяется переводом в обратную сторону. если получилась исходная фраза значит переели правильно.
