Do I look like a person who breaks his promises? (или who doesn't keep his promises) You'll surely see the Kremlin... and then you will laugh at your own doubts. (или and then you will think your own doubts ridiculous)
ну вот как-то так, наверное...

I promise to you that I will make everything that Russia became your country! Unless I deceived you though when? I am similar to the person who does not hold the promises?;-) you will necessarily see the Kremlin... And then itself you will laugh at the doubts
