Помогите пожалуйста с переводом
Помогите пожалуйста с переводом письма на английский язык. Стыдно, т.к. в школе изучал немецкий. Воспользоваться Google переводчиком думаю в данной ситуации будет не актуально, т.к. продавец скорее всего меня не поймет( Здравствуйте. Я подтверждаю тот факт, что вы пошли мне на встречу и отправили посылку в Россию. За что я наверное должен быть вам благодарен, при одном но, если бы телефон был бы исправен… Предположим я вам поверил и телефон действительно находился в идеальном состоянии. Вполне возможно, подобные дефекты могли появиться в ходе неаккуратной транспортировки. Но встаньте на мою сторону. Я описываю все прелести телефона и указываю состояние 8,5 из 10. И при этом высылаю вам телефон с дефектом. Вы затрачиваетесь на ремонт и разумеется негодуете!!! Вы т.ж. могли выслать другой телефон в Россию! Я с удовольствием бы вам показал фотографии, но мой фотоаппарат находится в ремонте. Бесплатные комплектующие поставляются к нему слишком долго( В России гарантированный ремонт делается дольше, нежели платный. Вы просили квитанцию из ремонта, я вам ее предоставил. Отсканировать телефон было бы глупо, т.к. отсутствует фотоаппарат! Если вы возместите убытки я готов закрыть глаза и оставить вам положительный отзыв. В противном случае я вынужден буду оставить вам негативный отзыв, чтобы будущие ваши покупатели знали всю правду.

I described all delights of the phone and I marked it with 8,5 of possible 10. And after that I send you phone with description of defects. You spent for repairing a lot of time and certainly were indignant!!! You also could send another phone to Russia, a new one! I would show to you with pleasure some photos, but I have sent my camera for repair. Free accessories for it can be delivered but it lasts too long (In Russia the guaranteed repair lasts longer, than the paid one). You asked to send you the receipt from repair; I had already given it to you. It would be silly to scan the phone, since there is no camera! If you will pay damages I am ready to forget all the troubles and I will give my positive response about your company. Otherwise I will be forced to give a negative response so that the future buyers will find out all truth.
