Переведите текст на Английский язык пожалуйста

Здравствуйте. Помогите пожалуйста с хорошим и грамотным Английским языком. В сервис нужно отписать письмо на Английском языке. Применять нужно технические Интернет термины. Я хотел с Вами обсудить функцию "Whois Options" в Вашей программе. Программа не всегда показывает страны, и не всегда правильно определяется принадлежность стран Proxies. Вы можете для меня изменить возможности программы? Мне нужно что бы была возможность редактировать Whois servers, в разделе "Whois Options". По умолчанию такая возможность запрещена. Я хочу сам вписывать/изменять/удалять Whois servers. За Вашу работу, Я Вам заплачу. Yes, I receive the lists every three hours. They are alright.
I would like to discuss the function "Whois Options" in your program.
The program does not always show the countries, and the accessory of countries to Proxies does not always correctly defined.
Are you in position to change some options of the program for more possibilities for using of it?
I would like to have the possibility to edit "Whois servers" in the section "Whois Options".
On default such possibility is forbidden (not able). I wish to enter/change/delete the option "Whois servers" by myself .
Of course I will pay for your work.

I do recieve lists every 3 hours. Everything is fine.
I would only like to discuss with you the "Whois Options" function of Your program.
The program does not always display list of countires and does not always correctly define the Proxies countries.
Would you possibly consider revising some functions of Your program for me?
I would like to have the opportunity to edit Whois servers in "Whois Options" section myself.
By default this option is forbidden. But I wold like to be able to enter/modify/delete Whois servers myself.
