6. The "teacher" asked us many questions. (Who asked us many questions?)
7. Our "lessons" finished at 12 o’clock. (What finished at 12 o'clock?)
8. "I" looked at the blackboard. (Who looked at the blackboard?)
9. The "door" opened suddenly. (What opened suddenly?)
10. "Jack" closed the window quickly. (Who closed the window quikly?)
11. A heavy rain started suddenly. - What started suddenly?
12. She closed the window at once. - Who closed the window at once.

Вопрос к подлежащему строится очень просто, вместо подлежащего ставишь вопросительное слово и вопрос готов.

1 Who waited for his friend very long?
2 What stoped near our house?
3 Who washed and dressed the baby?
и т. д

Все неправильно. После Who или What должен просто идти глагол в нужной форме.
Типа такого: Who drives a car?
А у тебя выходит так: Who does drive a car?
