Помогите пожалуйста перевести текст (деловой английский) с РУССКОГО на АНГЛИЙСКИЙ . (не переводчиком)

1) "receiving the representatives" - очень сомнительно. В лучшем случае - " receiving a visit from the..."
Хотя в жизни, конечно, сказали бы "has a meeting with"
5) Call back [for him] in a quarter of an hour - лучше для учебного перевода.
6) Обычно "request for equipment", а не enquiry
